FLOW CHART: from consultation to productization

STEP1: INPUT: By discussing your needs and problems regarding the material, we will search for a solution from various technologies.

STEP2: TEST PRODUCTION <-> VALIDATION <-> SPECIFICATION SETTING: We will develop the required formulation by repeating test production and validation. Then we set the formulation's specification by considering its stability and capability.

STEP3: SELECTION OF PACKAGING MATERIAL

We will choose the suitable packaging material, considering chemical resistance and conveyance.

SELECTION OF PACKING STYLE

Cans, polyethylene bottles, steel drums, bag-in-boxes, etc.

STEP4: SCALE-UP TEST

We will bring out a scale-up test to make a transition from test scale to normal production.

ISSUES TO DECIDE WITH THE CUSTOMER: Product analyzation items, handling of stored samples, etc.
